Resigned to my Fate (har har)

So I resigned from my job today (effective Sept.2) because yesterday I received notice that I've been officially accepted into the qualifying year of my Master's studies at Carleton. Woot!

I almost didn't get the letter: they sent it to my old address, and the human living there is simply throwing all my mail into the recycle bin. So, yeah, I'm a little pissed, but I'm sure they're just ignorant, not malicious. Gonna give the landlord a call and ask him to, you know, tell her *not* to throw my mail out. Maybe ask her to stop killing puppies, too.

What's that? I should tell the post office I've moved? Shaddup. Personal responsibility is for suckers.
